Belrock was established by Managing Director Derek Payne. A chartered member of the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building), Derek and his team have over 25 years’ experience in residential projects across several central London boroughs, with a specific focus on properties in Kensington and Chelsea, the City of Westminster, and Hammersmith and Fulham.
